将迎来世界最顶级的汽车赛事F1世界锦标赛,○在上海这样的软士地基上建造如此高难度、高标准的赛车

道,在世界同类赛车场中尚无先例。于是,仅是对赛道软土地基的加固处理上,建设者们用一年多的时间打下了

40,000根桩:○2003年12月底,上海国际赛车场F1赛道的基础层(即级配碎石层)实现了大合拢.沥青层的摊

铺成为建成优质赛道的关键工序。针对不同沥青层的功能特点,建设者们一一攻克了在材料运用,施工技术,沥青摊铺技术。摊铺设备、沥青混合料的级配设计、拌和,以及天气因素和工期矛盾等方面的诸多难题,在摊铺中

采用了多控找平先进技术。赛道基础层.混合层和磨损层所用的沥青总面积,达到173,000平方米:○为了选择适合F1赛道表面层用的石科,技术人员经过

对五十多个矿进行对比筛选,最终选用的混合石料和中石化自主开发的1专用沥青共同组成赛道表层。其技术性能经国际权威机构检测确认,达到了世界

流水平:O以创新的方法采用聚苯乙烯构成的赛道坡度.把一块块4米高的聚苯乙烯板材(伊S)并列排放,总长度可以绵延350公里,○为了保证工程质量和进

t was October 17,2002 and in the northeast of Anting Town of Jiading District,Shanghai.O The construction of Shanghai International Circuit unveiledits curtain in the roaring of piling machine.O On the helicopter,the photographer made the last record of this piece of fertile farmland:18 months later,thefirst phase of the project of Shanghai International Circuit would be completed;the world's top auto race-the FIA Formula 1T World Championship wouldbe held on this arena...O Creating a racing track with such difficulty on the soft foundation of Shanghai in such high is none to all in the same kind ofcircuits in the world.Therefore,builders spent over a year reinforcing the groundwork and driving 40,000 pilings down into the soft earth.O In the end of

December 2003,the foundation layer (i.e.,the graded crushed-stone aggregate layer)of the F1 track in Shanghai International Circuit was totallyconnected.The pavement of the asphalt layers thus became the critical procedure to the quality of the race track.Regarding the different functionalfeatures of different asphalt layers,builders cracked a series of difficult problems in terms of material application,construction technology,pavementtechnology of asphalt,pavement equipment,graded design and mixing of asphalt mixture,weather factors and time limit of the project.The pavement ofthe asphalt layers adopted the advanced multi-control leveling technology.The total area of asphalt paved for the foundation layer,the mix layer and wearlayer was 173,000 square meters.O To get the most appropriate stone for the surface layer of the F1 track,technical staff compared more than 50 minesbefore using the stone mixture and the asphalt Sinopec independently developed particularly for the race track to pave the surface whose technicalperformance has reached the world's leading level as evaluated and confirmed by internationally authoritative institutions.O The gradient of the race trackis built with polystyrene boards with innovative methods.The polystyrene boards,each with the height of four meters.if put against each other one by oneon the ground,will reach 350 kilometers in total length.O To ensure the quality and progress of the project,more than 7.000 builders worked over time atthe most critical moments.O From the excellent vision of professional designers of race tracks to the 18-month-long diligent construction,numerous"missions impossible"were eventually achieved.The world's top standard,the world's most leading-edge technology and the incredibly high speedaccomplished a marvelous combination of the most long-standing Chinese culture and the most thrilling and exciting sport games of today.O Thanks to"Shanghai International Circuit,"we have the opportunity to experience extremity.
