know the kind.This city on the other hand is mostly to low income levels,bluecollar...I think we're talking about two totally different target groups.So,the carmodel introduced should fit for the specific consumers.

A new successful product developing must has a scientific product planning.Theautomotive enterprises who are taking the new creation strategies need to select reasonablythe new product developing projects,define the project scope and developing cycle timedistribute the developing resources and make the projects combination and groupingconform with the enterprise strategy.Using the research results and experiences obtainedby the developed industrialized country's academic circles and enterprises in productplanning field in recent years for reference and combining our state conditions,the generalprocess model and common used technologies for automotive product planning are putforward and used in the product planning decision in domestic automotive producers.

The project management plan defines how the project is initiated,planned,executed,monitored and controlled,and closed.A new successful product developingmust has a scientific product planning.The automotive enterprises who are taking the newcreation strategies need to select reasonably the new product developing projects,definethe project scope and developing cycle time,distribute the developing resources and makethe projects combination and grouping conform with the enterprises strategy.
